1. Service Agreement

By booking our pet grooming services—whether for routine grooming, creative styling, or pet care—you agree to these terms. Our grooming services operate in compliance with relevant UK animal welfare regulations and industry standards.

We provide professional pet grooming through our qualified groomers across England.


2. Service Scope and Grooming Standards

Our services include pet grooming, bathing, styling, nail care, and additional pet care treatments. We focus on providing quality grooming services using professional techniques and products suitable for different coat types and breeds.

While we perform services to professional standards, grooming outcomes can be influenced by pet behaviour, coat condition, and health factors. We provide consultations to ensure realistic expectations and satisfactory results.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful grooming outcomes, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate pet health information and vaccination records
  • Disclose any known behavioural issues or anxiety triggers
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or recent treatments
  • Ensure pets are adequately exercised before appointments
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Follow aftercare advice for grooming maintenance

Clear communication and proper preparation help us provide the best possible grooming experiences.


4. Health and Vaccination Requirements

Clients must provide current vaccination records before services. Pets showing signs of illness may be refused service for the safety of other animals and our team. We reserve the right to request veterinary clearance for pets with health concerns.

We cannot groom pets with contagious conditions or those requiring veterinary attention.


5. Booking and Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request and vaccination verification. First-time clients typically require a consultation before full grooming services. Specific booking terms will be confirmed during the reservation process.

Last-minute changes to service requirements may affect pricing and timing, which will be communicated before service begins.


6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service fees are as published and payable upon pet collection. Additional charges may apply for matted coats, behavioural challenges, or extended grooming time. Final payment is due when collecting your pet unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

We accept various payment methods including cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.


7. Safety and Handling Protocols

We maintain strict safety protocols including secure handling, appropriate restraint, and continuous supervision. Aggressive or severely stressed pets may require rescheduling or additional handling fees for staff safety.

We maintain appropriate insurance but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing health conditions or injuries resulting from pet behaviour during grooming.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% service fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other appointments.

We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergency situations with appropriate notice.


9. Matted Coat Policy

Severely matted coats may require clipping for the pet's comfort and skin health. We will discuss options and obtain consent before proceeding with any dematting or clipping. Additional fees may apply for extensive matting removal.

We prioritise pet comfort and welfare in all grooming decisions, especially regarding coat condition.


10. Photography and Portfolio Use

We may request permission to photograph grooming results for our records and, with explicit consent, for professional portfolios. Separate written consent is required for any images used in marketing materials or social media.

Clients may withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting us in writing. Personal photography during collection is permitted.


11. Pet Hotel and Boarding Services

Pets using our hotel services must have current vaccinations and be in good health. We provide regular updates and maintain appropriate care standards. Owners must provide emergency contact information and veterinary details.

We reserve the right to seek veterinary care for pets showing signs of illness during their stay, with costs borne by the owner.


12. Product Usage and Allergies

We use professional pet grooming products suitable for most coat types. While we take care in product selection, individual reactions can vary. We cannot guarantee completely reaction-free experiences due to individual pet sensitivities.

Clients must inform us of any known product allergies or sensitivities before services begin.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for grooming services is limited to the service fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing health conditions, age-related issues, or behavioural reactions during grooming.

We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in all our pet grooming services.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
